✡Background of OX year:
The meaning of zodiacal derives from ancient Greek zōidiakòs kýklos (ζῳδιακός κύκλος), meaning cycle of little animals. The ox is the second of the 12 year periodic sequence of animals. Wonder why the ox is the second? According to some old mythological traditions that the ox with adaptability on both land and in water almost won a race which determined which creatures, in which order would be the namesakes of the 12 year cycle. However, the tricky rat asked for a ride on its back, but then ungratefully jumped off at the last minute to cross the finish line first.
