Maocai in Sichuan Cuisine
Looks like a mini hotpot? And you almost got it!
Similar to hotpot, Maocai is a unique Chinese Sichuan cuisine, features its spicy and tongue-numbing flavour. It is a mix of various ingredients, from vegetables to sliced meat, from tofu to seafood. Boiling them one by one in home-made spicy soup, mix with Sichuan Chilli sauce and adding some garlic, coriander, and sesame as the topping. Yummmm, it is time to enjoy!

The other ingredients are: white brocoli, Tofu vel, Chinese cabbage, Rice sticks, sliced potato and corn. Besdies, all lunch sets have one portion rice included. So it is time to explore nearly 10 Chinese food ingredients in one bowl!
