Our new product – Sichuan Maocai Lunch Set – is online! Its Sichuan flavour is as authentic as hotpot, but much easier to enjoy!
The whole lunch set is from €11.9 now, and one more soft drinks or snacks is only €1.5 extra.
Available from 12:30-17:00 for dine-in, Self Pick-up via our website, or delivery via Ubereats.
（The Utrecht branch temporarily does not offer Sichuan Maocai Lunch Set.）
Additionally, there are cozy terrace seats in our Rotterdam store, Amsterdam Museumplein store and Eindhoven store. ALso, hotpot is available on terrace!

Maocai in Sichuan Cuisine
Looks like a mini hotpot? And you almost got it!
Similar to hotpot, Maocai is a unique Chinese Sichuan cuisine, features its spicy and tongue-numbing flavour. It is a mix of various ingredients, from vegetables to sliced meat, from tofu to seafood. Boiling them one by one in home-made spicy soup, mix with Sichuan Chilli sauce and adding some garlic, coriander, and sesame as the topping. Yummmm, it is time to enjoy!

Hot and Hot has 5 types Lunch Sets for your option: Beef, pork, chicken, seafood, and vegetarian. The other ingredients are: white brocoli, Tofu vel, Chinese cabbage, Rice sticks, sliced potato and corn. Besdies, all lunch sets have one portion rice included. So it is time to explore nearly 10 Chinese food ingredients in one bowl!

Explore Chinese dim sum, fried rice and soft drinks in Lunch Set
One Maocai Lunch set is good enough for a meal, but adding a snack and a softdrink could make it fancier.
With €1.5 extra, you can choose a soft drink from various options, or change the white rice to fried rice with egg.
Of course you can also explore further about Chinese dim sum. We have five Asian dim sum as the side dish for the meal. For example Fried Lumpia, sesame balls and Kimchi. Moreover, some are traditional Chinese snack that you must try: Siu Mai and fried dumplings.
